90's Suede Lace Up Bebe Dress (S) milky skittles Hips: up to 42”90's Bebe. Made in USA. Lace up, bell sleeve suede mini dress. Fits XS S. Tag says size XS but fits like a small. Model is 58 with a 25" waist and 37" hips for reference. Sometimes, I have to wear a medium in dresses because of my hips but this dress fit me like a glove.
