It has a bright citric acidity, creamy body, and sweet flavors of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Some describe it to also have a peanut buttery, fruity flavor! It is grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil at about 800 to 1,300 meters above sea level. Its Arabica variety is Catua amarelo IAC 92, and has a completely natural milling process.
